Service guidelines for our gastronomic Cavas
PERE VENTURA is a high expression sparkling wine. To enjoy it in all its fullness, it is advisable to serve it in a tulip glass or champagne model, with a long and fine stem and transparent glass. With a suitable glass and a correct service ritual, our Cava will express an extraordinary way and its enjoyment will be sublime.

TEMPERATURE
OF SERVICE
The perfect ritual to cool a PERE VENTURA Cava requires the use of an ice bucket.
These are our recommendations: 6º-7ºC of service temperature for TRESOR ROSÉ; 8-9ºC for TRESOR GRAN RESERVA and TRESOR CUVÉE BARRIQUE and 10-12ºC for the three Cavas of the VINTAGE COLLECTION.
A suitable temperature enhances the aromatic expressiveness of a PERE VENTURA Cava and keeps its bubble unalterable.

THE PERFECT
POP UP
Start by gently removing the Cava from the ice bucket, drying it and removing the seal. Next, loosen the wire up and keep your thumb on the cork.
The elegance of popping up will be in opening the Cava from the base of the bottle, unscrewing slowly.

AN IMPECCABLE
SERVICE
After a perfect pop up, add an impeccable service to complete the tasting ritual.
We recommend serving the Cava slowly and regularly, in a tempo of two and with the glass in a vertical position.
Fill it only one or two thirds to avoid temperature changes or loss of carbon.
Wine offers us the possibility of immersing ourselves in a universe made of emotions, culture, history and overtones.
